This procedure will VOID the warranty on your Futaba Receiver so it should be performed by a very experienced technician. When VANTEC supplies receivers with this modification completed VANTEC warrantees the receiver.
Remove the "red" SMT resistor that passes the CH5 Servo Command Pulse from the uproc to the CH5 servo connector. Install a small insulated #30 wire (wirewrap wire works well) "purple" jumper between the two square "blue" PWB pads to connect the receiver PCM data stream to the CH5 servo connector. Use this new CH5 output ONLY to drive VANTEC's Hitchiker KeyKoder Receptor models KH12R, KH16R or KH32R.
