24/7 OnLine: VANTEC OnLine Ordering from VANTEC is available for most of our products.  Identical Bill-to and Ship-to addresses preferred for faster service..  Credit card numbers are encrypted with 128 bit encryption. We do not share any of YOUR information.

By Phone:1-800-882-6832 Call us between 9:00AM and 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Thursday. This method gives us the opportunity to review your application.   Your order will normally ship in 1-2 days.   Outside the U.S. toll free area please use 1-541-471-7135. We do return your calls.

By Fax:  Be sure to include Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover or PayPal.   account number with EXPIRATION date, signature, and a daytime telephone. Include the make of your radio and motor if applicable.  Print your information LARGE and BOLD so it arrives here clear. You can fax us 24hr/day at:1-541-474-3987

By USPS Mail: SLOW!  Include check, or Credit Card information. Include the type of servo connector to mate with your R/C and motor info if applicable. Including a daytime phone number appreciated.

Foreign orders: Require Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express credit card payment to a maximum of $1100.00US or pre-paid in USDollars including appropriate shipping charges and/or your Fedex account number.  VANTEC does not quote nor pay your countries import tariffs and taxes.

Educational Institutions: Ask about Special 7% product discount terms for QUALIFIED Public Schools and Educational programs

Shipping Options: Shipping or freight charges and insurance will be paid by the customer. Items may be shipped using USPS mail or FedEx ONLY.  All sales are made FOB our factory. We recommend  3 day Federal Express except Ground carrier for western states.  Federal Express Priority Services available at extra charge.  Consult Fedex direct for approximate rates: http://www.fedex.com/us/rates/  Fuel surcharges and insurance add to the total cost.

US POST OFFICE ($3.00 minimum) - 1st class.  Note that USPS insurance claims take up to 6 months.

EXPORT: We can export most items. Freight charges vary widely.  USPS Express International Mail is a terrific alternative at a minimum cost of $20.00. VANTEC does not quote or pay for tariff and import charges.  Minimum post office shipment to Canada cost $10.00, other countries $16.

Payment Methods:

For United States customers we accept check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express  No CODs. Purchase Orders with Net 30 terms acceptable with limited credit line to ONLY  Fortune 500,  public schools, and City, State and Federal Government.

For foreign customers we require Visa/Mastercard credit card payment to a maximum of $1100.00US or pre-paid in USDollars including appropriate shipping charges. We cannot use your Fedex account number.  VANTEC does not quote nor pay your countries import tariffs and taxes.

Special Orders:... Special Product variations are available at extra cost.  We gladly "break our necks" to promptly ship Visa/Mastercard orders. "RUSH" order service is available depending on other VANTEC committments for an extra fee. , call for details.

Quantity Discounts: of 4 or more are available to everyone according to the price list. For quantities greater than 20 pieces call for discounts.
